Intercon has been representing various clients at Campus since its inception. The genesis of a separate practice happened because a number of companies asked us to represent them on campus in a single year. The practice was launched in the year 2004 and since then Intercon has been extensively involved in campus hiring. We have been associated with some of our clients to represent them on campus. We have experience in representing companies from different verticals and have handled a variety of assignments in campus recritement ranging from Tier II cities, government colleges, management schools to the RECs and IITs. We have conducted campus drives on off-campus and in-campus model. We have extensive knowledge of colleges in the country in all domains and are capable of assisting organizations to their satisfaction.

Ms Kanchan Sharma heads the campus practice for Intercon. We have a dedicated 5-member team who work only on campus affairs. Our CEO Mr. Shantaram assists this practice.
