Intercon's ITES (BPO) Practice was started in 1996 as a three-member team and has grown to a thirty-member team. We are one of the first firms in Hyderabad to start hiring for the BPO vertical and have helped organizations like Deloitte consulting; GE-capital and IVY comptech ramp up their operations in Hyderabad .

Our team comprises of two practice heads, five account managers and twenty consultants.. We lay a lot of emphasis on internal training, such that, each of our consultants is well equipped with information about the client, the vertical, their positioning in the market, job content, culture etc. All this knowledge, in-turn is translated to the target audience from a position of authority. The majority of our team members are MBA's or Post graduates in HR.
